Quality Enhancement

We faciliate quality enhancement activities that contribute to the development of a culture of quality by supporting the needs of the sector. This adds value to the outcomes of internal and external reviews processes and promotes international best practice.

Quality Enhancement Objectives

• We support and promote internal institutional quality assurance and enhancement activities
• We host events on strategically important quality enahancement issues
• We develop and update quality enhancement-focussed publications in key areas
• We contribute our quality enhancement expertise to the development of the National Strategy for Higher Education and the new agency with responsibility for quality assurance of Irish higher education
